Facilities Supervisor
Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team located at Southampton Combined Court, SO15 2XQ, covering multiple sites throughout Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week) with an annual salary of £27,775 plus a benefits package.
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (flexible for early starts or late finishes as needed). Company van and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead cleaning teams for HMCTS sites, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety and maintaining a professional manner with staff and the public.
- Ensure consistent, high quality cleanliness and customer service across a large‑scale government contract.
- Motivate teams to maintain specified cleaning standards.
BPSS & DBS Requirement
- Must undergo BPSS level vetting, including a DBS clearance.
- Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks include identity verification, employment history, right to work status, unspent criminal record, and overseas periods.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK is required.

- Experience in industry/public services (essential)
