Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical, electrical, and building trade staff and specialist contractors, ensuring compliance with Equans and site policies.
- Plan, prioritise, and delegate work to staff and contractors to meet contract specifications, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, timekeeping, and quality of trade staff work, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Lead and participate in team briefings, manage risk assessments and method statements to maintain safe working practices.
