Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Enfield and Brent. This is a full‑time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

Looking for a confident and capable Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations across scattered SHDF/decarbonisation properties in Enfield and Brent. They’ll ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while acting as the key link between the site and the wider project team. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage several workstreams at once, and takes pride in maintaining excellent site standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations across multiple live properties
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation
  • Uphold strong health and safety standards at all times
  • Read and interpret project information and drawings confidently
