Equans is recruiting for a Catering Assistant in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. The offered salary is £25,696.00 per annum and the benefits package includes:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday. Working 5 days over 7, includes 2 weekends per month. 7.5 hours per day between 06:30 am and 17:00.
Responsibilities: Working under the direction of the Catering Supervisor, the Pick and Packer will provide a reactive role that will be utilised to support across Equans catering outlets, while assisting in the delivery of a high standard of food service that meets the requirements of food hygiene legislation and Equans Food Safety Management System (FSMS) at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Requirements: Must undergo BPSS level vetting; DBS clearance is required and ability to pass is essential. Previous experience in catering and Food Safety Level 2.
