Equans UK & Ireland is recruiting a Revenues and Benefits Advisor for the North Tyneside area.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £26,227.50 per annum and a benefits package.

You will handle customer inquiries across channels, process Local Taxation, Council Tax support, Housing Benefit and related accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key duties include maintaining Council Tax, NNDR, and Housing Benefit cases, meeting KPIs, and supporting service
