Who you are

  • Experience in building services with strong knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams effectively.
  • Practical, flexible, and able to manage own workload using initiative.
  • Full clean driving licence and current or ability to gain CTC clearance.
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and competent in commercial and contract management considerations.
  • Security Clearance

The successful candidate will be required to have or be able to obtain CTC security clearance.
