Equans is recruiting for a Facilities Supervisor to join the team at the Royal Courts of Justice, Stand, Strand, London WC2A 2L. This is a permanent full‑time role working 40 hours per week. Salary is £32,000 per annum with a benefits package.

Shift Times: Monday to Friday working 08:30 – 17:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites.
  • Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SHEQ standards.
  • Manage staffing, absences, recruitment, and performance.
  • Maintain equipment, stock, and safe working environments.
  • Train teams to BICS and Equans standards.
  • Resolve client issues and conduct site audits.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Facilities Supervisor or within the cleaning industry (essential).
  • Supervisory experience across multiple sites (essential).
  • Full clean driving licence (essential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health & safety (COSHH desirable).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage remote teams.
  • Basic IT skills (MS Office).
