Equans is looking for a Catering Services Manager to join our team in Royal Infirmary Hospital, 51 Little France Crescent, Edinburgh, EH164SA on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £45,000.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern

Monday - Friday 0700-1500

What will you deliver?

To manage your team by example and through effective use of management and motivational techniques to develop skills to grow the Catering business. The includes driving the KPI scorecard activities for the Hospital and securing the support as appropriate of the relevant functions –

This role as a Senior Manager may also involve duties across other areas of soft service and assist with delivering across Soft Services within the contract

Essential

• Experience in Catering
• Experience in Management
• Certificate in Food Safety Level 3, HACCP Level 3 & IOSH

DESIRABLE

• Food Safety Level 4 Diploma & NEBOSH
