Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Bolton Combined Court, BL1 1UA on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. Salary: £10,452.00 per annum with benefits. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 7:00 - 10:00.
What will you deliver?
- Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will lead the cleaning team for the HMCTS site.
- Manage standards to meet contractual obligations.
- Support in self‑auditing.
- Support stock management/ordering.
- Deliver toolbox talks.
- Lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable best contribution and maximise potential.
- Organise cover for sickness/annual leave.
Leading & Influencing
- Create a positive working environment which encourages development and maximises potential of all team members.
- Lead by example and act as a hands‑on train the trainer to ensure cleaning methodologies are maintained in accordance with the contract.

- Recognise and action performance (both good and poor) appropriately.
BPSS Clearances (required)
- Applicants must undergo BPSS level vetting, including DBS clearance.
- Identity verification (passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.).
- Employment history (past 3 years) - gaps require HMRC statements.
- Right to work status in the UK (citizenship or valid share code).
- Unspent criminal record (disclosure of any unspent convictions).
- Significant periods abroad (any periods of 6+ months in past 3 years).
