Equans is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance & Service Technician to join the on-site team at the University of Leicester Student Accommodation project. This full-time role supports reactive and planned maintenance across building services, with on-call duties and a company van provided for site travel.
You will hold a base trade NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) and carry out routine inspections, minor fabric repairs, and safety checks as part of the PPM schedule. DBS check is required.
