Equans is looking for 2 Retrofit Coordinators to join our team in Birmingham due to increased workloads. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process, including assessment, design, installation, handover and monitoring as defined in PAS processes.
- Manage the retrofit survey process throughout the central region (Midlands), ensuring high standards of quality and compliance throughout the process.
- Work with the Sustainability Manager & central Sustainability Team to establish EQUANS as the partner of choice in energy efficiency retrofit solutions through SHDF, LAD, ECO and any other available funding streams.
- Provide accurate and effective energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP, and offer guidance on solutions for meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Manage the PAS2035 lodgement process on TrustMark in accordance with main contract delivery programmes to allow timely draw down of funding.
- Ensure that the entire end-to-end surveying process and customer journey provides the highest standards for both traditional customers (RSLs, LAs, etc.) and end-user customers (house owners, tenants, etc.).
- Implement and manage an audit programme on both internal and external assessors to ensure high standards of surveys.

Who are we looking for?
- Retrofit Coordinator qualified.
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualified.
- OCDEA.
- Proven ability and experience of managing survey processes around housing refurbishment schemes.
- Experience of working with surveying under SHDF/ECO/LAD.
- Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works.
- Proven ability to manage teams delivering against specific output objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years working with the construction industry in general.
- Full UK driving licence.
