Equans UK & Ireland is seeking a HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This full-time role (37.5 hours) offers hybrid working with on-site 2 days per week and a regional remit supporting a national multisite contract of ~1,700 colleagues, with travel between areas.

The ideal candidate will have HRBP experience in a large corporate environment, handling complex grievances and disciplinary issues.
