Equans is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Coleshill on a permanent basis. The Project Coordinator will be part of the Midland Heart contract. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Support the preparation, coordination, and completion of property handover packs across multiple work streams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Confidently utilise Excel, Word, PDF tools, and operational systems (e.g. Viewpoint) to manage project plot files, documentation, reporting, and data tracking.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider project and operational team.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Contract Managers, Site Managers, Customer Liaison Officers (CLOs).
- Act as a key point of contact for project coordination and communication between site teams and office-based functions.
- Produce and present monthly performance insights for our client MH which reports on project schemes: highlighting progress and success.
- Monitor project progress against timelines and milestones, proactively identifying and escalating any risks or delays.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence.
