Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Coleshill Office, Birmingham, B46 1JU. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £25,700 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Responsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio.
  • Establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups.
  • Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant continuous working experience of providing FM services including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
  • Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements. (Essential)
  • Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment. (Desirable)
