Apprentice Site Manager – Birmingham – 2 year fixed‑term full‑time (40 hrs/week). Apprentice wage and benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

  • Support the site management team in successful project delivery
  • Participate actively in structured learning, both on‑site and through day‑release training with a recognised provider
  • Show progression in skills, responsibility, and independence throughout the apprenticeship term
  • The role is developmental, with structured learning and on‑the‑job training forming the foundation for moving into the role of Trainee Site Manager
  • Integrate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Complete tasks assigned from the site teams and learning provider
  • Complete relevant health and safety qualification as part of the Apprentice Site Manager Position
  • Use IT systems – preparing emails, spreadsheets, use of company systems
