Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £24,102 per annum and benefits package. We are a leading Facilities Management provider based in Bellshill and looking to expand our Helpdesk due to growing demand. This role supports a fast‑paced multi‑contract environment and is part of a dedicated Business Support Centre that operates 24/7, 365 days a year. Work Schedule Mon – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.

What will you deliver?

  • Answer calls for a growing multi‑contract fast‑paced Helpdesk.
  • Live call logging on internal CAFM systems.
  • Assigning and dispatching to various resources via multiple channels.
  • Work to Service Level Agreements preventing financial penalties to the business.
  • Issue reports to internal and external clients/customers using in‑house system.
  • Pro‑actively monitor and chase work orders to completion within the required SLA.
  • First‑line support for our electric vehicle charging (GeniePoint) customer.
  • Action requests via various channels.
  • Administration tasks as required by the business.
