General Overview
EQUANS are recruiting for a Multiskilled Operative to be based in Belfast. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, van and fuel card and benefits package.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
- Grounds work
- Carpentry/Joinery
- Roof Works
- Painting and Decorating
- Compliance with specification
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules

Qualifications
- Previous trades experience
- Valid CSR card
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
- Understanding of social housing / local government
- Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
