Equans is looking for a Performance & Compliance Manager to join our team at John Radcliffe Hospital on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post holder will act as the lead on contractual performance of the FM process from conception to realisation delivering outstanding service while developing excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally with the FM industry. Data savvy, great attention to detail and organised.

What will you deliver?

  • PPM Planning and administration
  • Jeopardy management
  • Production of data driven reports using relevant analysis identifying continuous improvement
  • Undertake responsibility of being a CAFM super user driving through the use of information technology to ensure an effective evolving service delivery
  • Oversee the collaboration of the Monthly performance report liaising with various estate team members ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Ensure total contractual compliance is delivered regarding the FM service delivery obligations
  • Chair relevant periodic meetings to optimise service delivery with the operational team
  • Liaise with relevant Equans centralised teams to ensure effective & efficient contract delivery
  • Assisting with the delivery of contract variations and small works inclusive of tasks associated with this
  • Lead at various forums with third parties proving demonstrable information on contract KPI & SLA compliance

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience within the FM industry
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Maximo, CAFM, SAP, Kronos would be beneficial

This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
