Equans is looking for a Part‑time Cleaner to join our team at Ashton Police Station, Ashton‑Under‑Lyne, Manchester, OL7 0BQ, on a permanent basis. This part‑time role requires 20 hours per week. The salary is £14,026.46 per annum, with a benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety.
- Maintain a professional manner with all staff and the public.
- Cleaning floors, toilets, furniture and fittings.
- Emptying bins and receptacles and removing rubbish.
- Attend required training programmes for contract and personal development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- COSH knowledge preferred (training will be provided).
- Previous experience as a cleaner.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and cleaning requirements.
- Evidence of right to work in the UK.
