EQUANS is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Co-ordinator in Stoke-on-Trent to join our Home Office contract.

This two-year full-time apprenticeship involves 40 hours per week, with shifts 08:00–18:00 and alternating weekly 08:00–16:30 or 09:30–18:00.

You will support the Apprentice Customer Service Centre by handling calls, emails, and dispatching maintenance work to engineers and subcontractors while developing technical and customer service skills.
