Overview
Equans is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team in Lincolnshire on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role overseeing the SHDF contract for Platform Housing. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and management of contracts within a defined area or project.
- Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee the delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades works, ensuring activities meet required standards of quality and comply with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage allocation of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery. Work with planning and scheduling teams to optimise resource utilisation.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, residents, and other stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of retrofit energy efficiency upgrades, influencing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Who we are looking for
- NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related field
- SSSTS qualification
- CSCS card β Gold/White
- Experience in a supervisory role within retrofit energy efficiency upgrades or construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices
- Proven ability to manage resources and coordinate on-site activities
SHDF Responsibilities / Duties
- Sub-Contractor inductions including Social Value Record
- Deliver regular toolbox talks
- Manage contractor site activities
- Daily activity briefings
- Maintain documentation on management systems (AIMS / FIELDVIEW)
- Complete Weekly Take 5 checks
- Complete daily quality checks and produce snagging lists
