Part time Afternoon Cleaner

Overview

Part time Afternoon Cleaner role at Equans UK & Ireland, based in South Tyneside Magistrates Court, Millbank/Secretan Way, NE33 1RG. Permanent position, 10 hours per week. Salary £12.21 per hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the building to the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety.
• Provide a professional manner when interacting with staff and members of the public.

Requirements

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• At least 1 year experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Current DBS (ideally no older than 12 months).
• Ability to obtain BPSS vetting (security clearance).

BPSS and Security Clearance

• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks are required to meet customer requirements.
• Checks may include Identity Verification, Employment History, Right to Work status, and Disclosure of unspent criminal records.
