Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Southampton Combined Court on a permanent basis working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £20,904.00 per annum and a benefits package. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 10:30 – 17:00.
What will you deliver?
Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site.
Responsibilities
- To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
- To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
- To support in stock management/ordering
- To deliver toolbox talks
- To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential
- To organise cover for sickness/annual leave
Leading & Influencing
- Creates a positive working environment which encourages development and maximising of potential of all team members
- To lead by example and act as a hands‑on train the trainer to ensure that cleaning methodologies are maintained in accordance with the contract
- Performance (both good and poor) is recognised and actioned appropriately

- Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials, and equipment
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore the ability to pass is essential. For this role you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
