Equans is looking for an Electrician to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This full‑time role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance on properties serviced by the Company.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all types of repairs and maintenance work in a multi‑skilled environment allied to the Electrical trade discipline
- Complete repairs and maintenance in other trade disciplines where deemed competent to carry them out
- Attend repairs and maintenance appointments on time and complete work on the first occasion, within target times
- Diagnose necessary remedial works, make appointments/arrangements and organise materials required as and when needed
- Remove or arrange the removal of waste/debris on a daily basis and upon completion of any work
- Assist the team proactively to achieve KPI's
- Participate in the Company’s out‑of‑hours emergency repairs and maintenance rota where appropriate
- Mentor and assist trainees, apprentices and other employees as required

Requirements
- City & Guilds (Electrical) or equivalent experience (Essential)
- City & Guilds (Electrical) Inspection and Test or equivalent experience (Essential)
- Relevant Electrical qualification for repair, installation and maintenance of electrical systems (Essential)
- Full UK Driving licence
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
