On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package. The role is predominately home‑based with national and overseas travel required. Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a comprehensive HR Transformation programme. The programme’s scope includes HR data cleansing, current‑state analysis through workshops, and creation of a future‑state vision, culminating in the design and execution of a new target operating model (TOM). A key deliverable is the successful migration of local HR operations to the Group Success Factors platform and payroll migration to SAP HCM, ensuring business alignment and continuity.

The post holder will drive engagement through workshops to define current HR processes and ways of working and establish KPIs to measure efficiency gains post‑migration.

What will you deliver?

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the HR Transformation programme, ensuring strategic outcomes, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Manage the programme roadmap across multiple workstreams (HR data, process, technology, payroll).
  • Act as primary point of contact for all programme stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
  • Oversee comprehensive HR data audit and cleansing activities to ensure data quality for migration.
  • Facilitate workshops with local HR teams and key stakeholders to map and validate current HR processes and ways of working, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate design sessions to define the future state HR model, aligned with Group strategy and standards.
  • Define and implement KPIs to measure operational efficiencies and service improvements resulting from the migration to Success Factors.
  • Develop and implement a robust plan to adopt the new target operating model (TOM), including organisational structure, processes, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage a local migration strategy for transitioning HR operations to the Group Success Factors platform, ensuring alignment with Group standards while accommodating local nuances.
  • Plan and lead the local payroll migration to SAP HCM, overseeing data migration, process integration, compliance, and continuity.
  • Chair SteerCo meetings, providing clear status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations.
  • Build strong working relationships with local HR teams, Group HR, IT, payroll providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and progress updates to the C‑suite and executive sponsors.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and operating model.
  • Ensure effective communication plans are developed and executed to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.

What can we offer you?

  • 25 days annual leave (+ public holidays).
  • Life Cover equivalent to 3 times annual salary.
  • Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers.
  • Gym membership discounts.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Holiday purchase scheme.
  • 2 corporate social responsibility days per year.
  • Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalized support programmes.
  • Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme.
  • Access to our growing employee networks including AccessAbility, Encompass, RISE, WOMEN TOGETHER, Working Parents, and Young Professionals.
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Program and access to mental wellbeing app.

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Programme or project management certification (PMP, MSP, Prince2) preferred.
  • Proven Programme Manager experience (5+ years), ideally in HR transformation programmes or enterprise HR system implementations such as Success Factors and SAP HCM.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops to map current state processes, define future state, and establish KPIs.
  • Track record in managing payroll system migrations, specifically to SAP HCM.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi‑national programmes with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, payroll operations, and HRIS implementations.
