Part time Catering Assistant – Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. Permanent role, 20 hours per week, salary £14,237.60 per annum, benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 2:30pm–6:30pm.
This role requires a DS Basic check; ability to pass is essential.
Responsibilities
- To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
- To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
- To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
- To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.

Qualifications
- Previous catering experience
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
