Equans is looking for a Mobile Service BMS Engineer to join our Digital business, covering parts of Birmingham and the surrounding areas on a full‑time basis.
Key Activities
- Preventative Maintenance: Carry out scheduled maintenance checks on BMS systems and components to ensure smooth operation across various sites.
- Reactive Calls: Respond to breakdowns and participate in a reactive call‑out rota, including additional financial benefits for on‑call availability and attendance.
- Continuous Improvement: Work with other engineering colleagues to recommend system performance and energy efficiency enhancements, completing thorough reports and building clear cost estimates and quotes for system upgrades.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- City & Guilds / BTEC / NVQ in Electrical or BEMS.
- Knowledge and experience of at least one of the following (additional training can be provided): Trend, Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Niagara.
- Knowledge and experience of HVAC and mechanical systems in a commercial environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- BPSS vetting.
