You will own the commercial and contractual elements, manage sub-contracts and valuations, and ensure timely payments and cost reporting. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance and benefits.
You will work 40 hours per week, be based in Winsford, and report to the Contract Manager. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor and strong numeracy, communication and IT skills are essential.
