EQUANS is recruiting an Assistant Soft Services Manager on a permanent basis. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hybrid working and two days on site, nationwide travel, and a competitive package including a bonus. You will support soft services delivery under the Soft Services Manager on the HMCTS contract.
The role focuses on cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance and related services, driving performance, safety and customer satisfaction across multiple sites in the UK.
