Equans is looking for x2 Plumbers to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working in partnership with Rotherham Borough Council on their repairs and maintenance contract on social housing. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets and repairing toilets.
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards.
- Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting and patch plastering.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Any other reasonable management request.

Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Valid CSCS / JIB card.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction.
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing.
- Full UK driving licence.
