Equans is looking for an Engineering Supervisor to join our team based in Oxford working on our contract with Moderna on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- The successful candidate will have the ability to manage the site's engineer team and ensure PPM targets are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- The site remains statutory compliant and critical infrastructure remains operational.
- The ability to fault find, diagnose and rectify maintenance faults.
- Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
- Review Engineering Job Sheets in a timely manner for accuracy, legibility & remedial works.
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the customer maintenance specifications and job plans.
- Ensure task movement, log notes (including documented updates) occur in real time using the provided IT to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times, with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work.
- Ensure all engineers PPE is up to date and safe.
- Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
- Ability to manage both customer and team expectations.
- Participate in on call rota.

Who are you?
- Electrical C&G or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- BS7671 18th Edition.
- Experience in managing engineering team.
- Electrical systems experience in buildings services M&E.
- Post qualification experience.
- Electrical inspection 2391 required (Desirable).
- Experience of pharmaceutical or process environments (Desirable).
- Ability to read electrical drawings (Desirable).
- Mechanical qualification (Desirable).
