EQUANS are recruiting for a Planner to be based in Oldham. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
The role of the Planner is to support the planning and customer service team by handling customer interactions via phone, email and portal activities. Duties include:
- Responding to phone calls and email requests
- Maintaining customer service records via the CAFM system
- Planning in operative works and updating diaries
Key Accountabilities
- Confirm bookings of appointments through Equans IT system (currently Castleton Maintain)
- Raise and update support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and close out support tickets
- Ensure Customer Service Level Agreements have been met
- Maintain a database of customer information
- Escalate and liaise with appropriate teams when necessary
- Arrange follow‑on appointments for jobs not completed on first visit
- Close jobs in the system as completed or cancelled during the day
- Communicate with operatives / Engineers on site
- Communicate printed and verbal with MCC / Northwards
- Deal with various inboxes
- Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Work in any workstream as required
- Perform any administration tasks to support the role
Quality Standard Adherence
- Compliance with Equans procedures and processes
- Maintain and care for all Equans property
- Wear appropriate clothing/uniform
- Ensure work areas are left clean and tidy at end of day
- Liaise with all stakeholders
- Coordinate material
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of relevant documentation
- Assist in training of new starters as required
- Respond to other reasonable management requests
