Equans is seeking an M&E Asset Surveyor to cover sites from Birmingham to the South on a permanent basis. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with occasional ad-hoc weekend work and potential back/early shifts depending on site access.
You will build a robust asset register to support maintenance, statutory compliance, and long-term investment planning. Responsibilities include on-site surveys, data collection to standards (NRM 3/SFG20), validation against registers, and updating CAFM systems.
