Equans is seeking a Clerk of Works to join our Manchester team on a full-time, 6-month FTC. You will oversee site operations, ensure safe, on-time delivery and maintain high quality across regeneration and M&E projects. A strong background in building services and CDM compliance is essential.
You will lead and develop teams, manage contractors and coordinate with Project Managers, auditors and clients, while promoting continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
