Equans is seeking a Site Manager for our East London project. This full-time role involves leading the safe delivery of refurbishment works, including recladding, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and monitoring cost and schedule to meet client specifications.
You will also manage health and safety, conduct inspections, prepare documentation, and develop site staff. Experience with recladding or complex refurbishments is advantageous; a full driving license is required.
