Equans is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple construction and M&E projects across secure and operational client sites in London. You will own projects from brief through to handover, managing budgets from £20k to £3,000,000 and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
You will coordinate stakeholders, designers, and contractors under CDM requirements, track progress and financial performance, and drive risk mitigation and reporting.
