Equans is looking for a Hygiene Services Assistant to join our team in Westminster, London on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 20 hours per week. Salary £14,026.47 per annum plus benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 18:00 – 22:00
What you will deliver: In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across office and shared spaces. This includes cleaning workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens, toilets, reception areas, and flooring surfaces to a high standard. This role plays an important part in ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all building users.
Requirements: This role is subject to security clearance (BPSS), which typically requires 5 years mandatory UK residency and valid right‑to‑work documentation.
- Essential:
- A positive, reliable approach to work

- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Ability to undergo BPSS clearance
- Desirable (not essential):
- Previous cleaning or hygiene experience
- Experience in a customer‑focused environment
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
- A current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
