Equalteaching is seeking a compassionate and dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 3–19 with a range of additional learning needs in a specialist ALN school.

The role involves one-to-one and small group support, aiding speech and language activities, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion, and collaborating with teachers, SENCOs and support staff.

A Child and Adult DBS is required for this position.
