Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK- Maintain, evolve, and scale our design system across multiple web products and platforms
- Create and document high-fidelity UI components and patterns focused on pixel-perfect detail
- Build reusable, scalable design elements that support responsive web experiences
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure UI consistency
- Participate in design critiques, user testing, and team planning sessions to refine design solutions
- Translate complex design problems into clear, thoughtful visual solutions with system-level thinking
- Document component usage guidelines and contribute to internal design libraries
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI and design system work in experiential design.
- Expertise in creating and maintaining component-based design systems for web platforms
- Strong skills in Figma and other design tools, with a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency
- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and usability best practices
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines, to design inclusive user experiences
- Systems thinker who builds scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI patterns
- A portfolio that demonstrates visual craft, design system thinking, and the impact of your work across real-world web products
