Equals is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Finance Manager to lead our FP&A function, focusing on 5-year planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and deal readiness for M&A, debt and equity activities. You will partner with shareholders, advisors, the Executive Team and peers to deliver value creation across the business.
You will build and maintain the 5-year model, provide insights to the Exec Committee and Board, and manage a data room for due diligence while driving KPI and profitability.
