THE WORK

The Community Champion will keep the office running smoothly and works hard to ensure that each team member has a positive in-office experience when they visit and/or start their employment.

Coordinate team schedules in shared spaces, manage shipping/mail, book travel services, and maintain a tidy, well-stocked office environment.

Work with all vendors for events, hospitality, transportation, office maintenance & supplies, catering, and any other relevant areas.

Manage shared calendars, book conference rooms, support office event logistics, and track action items from meetings.

Proofread internal documents and decks, and update handbooks, guides, newsletters, and templates.

Own onboarding logistics including tech setup, calendars, materials, PTO tracking, and HR communications.

Review and track confidential documents, organize signed files, and support access management across HR, Legal, and Ops.

This is an on-site role based at London office. In-person presence is required for at least the first 90 days, with a possible shift to a hybrid schedule (2-3 times a week) afterward.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
