We’re on a transformational journey – #goodtogreat – and we need great people to help us turn our plans into a reality. We manage over 23,000 homes for City of Wolverhampton Council, but have a growing portfolio of services across the city. We’re passionate about what we do, and we care about our city’s future.
Do you want to make a difference to the lives of our residents? Will you share our passion to deliver excellence in our communities? Do you want to work for a progressive and innovative company that values its people? If so, then we want to hear from you. Are you caring and creative?
In this post you will support and enable some of the most excluded and isolated people in our City to move into settled accommodation. Support will be tailored around the person to make a difference to their life now but also provide building blocks to help them help themselves in the future.
You need to be able to work in a fast-paced front-line service, be patient with people and able to work with other teams and external organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers. We need someone with fresh ideas on how to tackle the challenging situations people you will be working with face every day.
One final point – at Wolverhampton Homes we have a fondness for people who respect others, so they can work effectively with customers and colleagues who have diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the local community. If you know of any potential applicants who may be interested, please pass on these details.
For an informal discussion, please contact Charlotte Gibbons on 01902 553176
