We are seeking someone who is able to bring energy, enthusiasm and plenty of ideas to work with us in tackling anti-social behaviour. Working with our customers and partners you will be responsible for providing operational direction to anti-social behaviour officers ensuring that an effective and efficient service to customers is provided.
Recent and relevant experience of working with partner agencies in dealing with a range of anti-social behaviour issues across tenures and in community and business settings is essential. A key emphasis is on modifying perpetrators’ behaviour and supporting victims.
You will have recent experience of managing a team, with the ability to effectively manage performance and get the best out of your team. The successful candidate must:
- Be committed to the values of Wolverhampton Homes - working together, open to new ideas, respecting differences and delivering on our promises.
- Have a sound working knowledge of current anti-social behaviour legislation and best practice.
- Have experience of managing staff.
- Have experience of case management, investigations and multi-agency working.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with challenging situations.
