We are launching an innovative damp and mould monitoring solution across the UK and are looking for ambitious self-employed sales professionals to help grow the business nationwide. Our solution helps letting agents and landlords:

  • Protect tenants and properties
  • Reduce complaints and risk

  • Add recurring income streams to their business

This is a strong commercial opportunity within a market where demand and compliance awareness are increasing rapidly.

You will introduce the solution to letting agents and property businesses within your territory, helping them roll it out across managed portfolios. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with letting agents
  • Delivering presentations and demos
  • Securing rollout agreements across branch and multi-branch accounts

You will manage your own pipeline, develop long-term client relationships, and help build recurring monitored-unit income over time.
