Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, based on the outskirts of Leeds, has been established for over 25 years and is a market leader in the manufacture of bespoke furniture for the hospitality industry. They manufacture and fit out hotels with high-quality furniture for prestigious clients including Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, and Crowne Plaza.

This role is ideal for candidates with previous assembly experience and either some experience operating woodworking machinery or a keen interest in learning. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Carry out high-quality bench joinery and woodworking.
  • Read and work accurately from drawings and specifications.
  • Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture components.
  • Use a range of hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of finish.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Meet agreed deadlines while maintaining quality.
