We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team. Based on-site in Norwich, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Group's IT function, ensuring the smooth running, security and reliability of our IT infrastructure. Working as part of a small team, you will manage IT support tickets, resolve break/fix incidents, and maintain critical business systems across the Group.
The IT team is responsible for the company's domain, network infrastructure, ERP system, VPN, engineering and drafting software, finance systems, Microsoft 365 environment, as well as backup, antivirus, cybersecurity and software updates. You will play a key role in ensuring our IT systems remain secure, compliant and efficient. Experience with ISO 27001:2022 and/or Cyber Essentials Plus is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
