What We're Looking For
Essential
- Commercially minded with a passion for building strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in business development, account management, client success, consultancy, project delivery or a similar commercial, client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of or experience within the life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical technology or digital health sectors.
- Able to understand complex healthcare and commercial concepts and communicate them clearly and confidently.

We recognise that great candidates don't always come from traditional investor relations backgrounds.
If you've developed strong commercial, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills within the life sciences, healthcare or digital health sectors, we'd love to hear from you.
We value curiosity, commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted relationships just as highly as direct investor relations experience.

Over time, you will
- Develop a strong understanding of Oyster's services, sectors and investor network.
- Build confidence managing multiple fundraising campaigns simultaneously.
