About the Role
If you have strong experience in landscaping and building domestic gardens, this could be the role for you. Working closely with a Site Manager, you will help transform gardens, deliver excellent customer service, and play a key role in the team. We are looking for someone friendly, reliable and positive, who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards. You will need to be well presented, punctual and hardworking. Strong experience in hard landscaping is essential, including paving, brickwork, decking and fencing. You may also be invited to attend a skill-based discovery day as part of the process.
Duties but not limited to:
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard.
- Carry out and oversee landscaping tasks using power and hand tools.
- Support and guide team members on site.
- Maintain equipment and carry out basic repairs where needed.
- Inspect completed work and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide advice.
Qualifications
- Proven landscaping experience (essential).
- Strong knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Experience leading or supporting a team.
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Good communication skills.
