About us:
We are an established and growing building services provider specialising in insurance repairs, property restoration and maintenance works across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our teams coordinate and carry out a wide range of works within domestic properties, often following insured incidents. Maintaining high standards of health and safety, compliance and record keeping is therefore an important part of everything we do.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised and proactive Health and Safety Administrator to join our team at our Rackheath office.
About the role:
This is a varied administrative position where you will provide day-to-day support across health and safety and compliance. You will help ensure records, documentation and certification remain accurate and up to date, while supporting colleagues with the administration required to maintain safe and compliant working practices. The role will involve working with different areas of the business, so you will need to be comfortable following up information, keeping on top of deadlines and ensuring documentation doesn't get overlooked.
You don't necessarily need to be a Health and Safety Manager or Adviser. We are equally interested in hearing from strong administrators who have worked within health and safety, compliance, construction, property or another regulated environment and would like to develop further in this area.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining health and safety records, files and documentation
- Supporting the preparation and administration of risk assessments
