Freelance Education Event Co-ordinators Liverpool, Home based if you have experience of planning and / or delivery of events or major projects and can demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines then read on. Event planning only roles – these are home based roles. You will need good stable broadband the ability to flex your diary and ideally , experience of project managing teams of people remotely as well as experience of event planning and management. Event delivery only roles – these wrote these roles will require you to have experience of facilitating events, ideally with young people (from primary to secondary age students), be able and willing to travel (manly locally), have a flexible diary, and have access to a car. NB you will be paid travel expenses and travel time (where journeys take over an hour) Planning and delivery roles – About Us Ahead Partnership works with employers and educators to provide services that help to engage, inspire and motivate young people around skills, career options and future employment. We organise and deliver a range of employability and skills activities that enable young people to meet volunteers from the working world. The activities are aimed at raising aspirations, improving careers awareness, developing essential skills, building confidence, and expanding networks. Recent years have allowed us to broaden our reach through hybrid delivery, with activities taking place both virtually and in-person, from interview practice to workplace visits. We also plan and deliver large-scale flagship events themed around a specific sector such as digital, green or professional and financial services. These inspire young people to explore roles in these areas, through an interactive and informative event schedule. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and as our representative, you’ll need to share our commitment to delivering a first-class service to all those involved in our activities and events. Whilst not essential, we are also interested in hearing from people with experience of managing complex programmes of activity or teams of people to deliver activities / events.
